Product Returns

It is not a concern if you are returning a product, as there can be conditions where you have got the wrong parcel, damaged and also mistaken. In that case, you are eligible to return the parcel and we take an approach to proceed with the process easily.

The return process can be done via contact with customer support and within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

All you need is to provide us the order detail and other information to begin with the process. Once our team verify the complete thing then we begin with the product return process.

Typically the process can take 7-10 business working days.
